SHIPPING & DUTY
We offer free shipping anywhere in the U.S., and we ship anywhere else for just $5.
Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your order, but specific transit time varies depending on your location.
For international orders, your purchase total is exclusive of duties and taxes. We do not collect duty and have no control over these charges. Duty is levied by the country you’re shipping to, and payment may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information if you have a PTDC Store account (which you can create when checking out). If you created an account during checkout, you can log in to My Account and select My Orders to find out the status of your order.
During checkout, you have an opportunity to create a personalized account. You don’t have to create an account to shop at the PTDC Store, but having an account offers multiple benefits:
